2. Physical Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with a physical product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return a Physical Product

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@fitfrhome.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 3-5 business days.
  3. Ship the Product: Package the product securely, include the RMA number, and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Physical Products

The following physical products are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Products marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition.

Due to their nature, digital products (e.g., downloadable content, online courses) are generally non-refundable unless:

  • The digital product is defective or does not function as described.
  • You were charged in error (e.g., duplicate purchase).

To request a refund for a digital product:

  • We will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You can keep the product unless it’s described differently on a product page.

For subscription products (e.g., recurring membership plans), the following refund terms apply:

  • Initial Purchase: You may request a refund for the initial subscription payment within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not actively used the subscription benefits (e.g., accessed premium content or services).
  • Recurring Payments: Refunds for recurring subscription payments are not offered unless charged in error. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges (see Cancellation Policy below).
  • Free Trials: If your subscription includes a free trial, no payment is required during the trial period. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Refunds are not available for charges incurred after the trial period.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges:

  2. Navigate to Subscriptions and select Cancel for the relevant subscription.
  3. Alternatively, contact us at support@fitfrhome.com, and we will assist with cancellation.
    Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be applied.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect physical product:

  • Contact us at support@fitfrhome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label or arrange a replacement, depending on availability.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product or verify the issue.

  • Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
